About Me

Hi everybody my name is Katie. Some of you may already know me and some are meeting me for the first time!

I was born and raised in Washington and that’s where I live now.
I married my middle school sweetheart and we have one amazing son. We also have 3 cats 1 dog.

With my writing I hope to reach people who are not only struggling with mental health but also any moms out there who need support. Parenting is hard, but doing it with any mental illness is even harder.
I will be here to listen to you and to talk to you.

I would also love to help new moms struggling to adjust to the newborn life as well as anyone who needs advice or support breastfeeding.

I know I still have a lot to learn but I also feel like I have a lot to offer others. And what good is it if it just sits in my brain?
